We are glad to inform you that EDGE Bangladesh Mutual Fund (EDGEBDMF) has posted 21.9% return for the year ended on December 31, 2021. Trustee of the Fund has announced 23.5% cash dividend (or BDT 2.35 per unit). This dividend represents 70.0% of realized distributable earnings of the fund based on the draft audited financial statements of that year.
Our second fund EDGE AMC Growth Fund (EDGEAMCGF) has posted 21.1% return for the same period ended on December 31, 2021. Trustee of the Fund has announced 18.5% cash dividend (or BDT 1.85 per unit). This dividend represents 50.0% of realized distributable earnings of the fund based on the draft audited financial statements of that year.
Audited Financial Statements will soon be uploaded in our website. Based on the recommended dividends, the NAV of EDGEBDMF has been adjusted to BDT 12.23 per unit and BDT 12.77 per unit for EDGEAMCGF. Buy and sell of both the Funds’ units will resume from January 23, 2022.
